If you suspect that your account is being used without authorization, notify a56 support immediately. Registering with false information or operating multiple accounts may result in account suspension or termination. Full responsibility for all activity on an account rests with the respective member.

All financial transactions on the a56 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and processed through secure payment gateways. Deposited funds will only be accepted from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe after the verification process is complete. In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions, a56 may request additional verification and reserves the right to place a hold on transactions if necessary. Any account associated with money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation, and if necessary, resolved in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. Members may submit complaints to the support email, and a56 commits to responding within a reasonable timeframe. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
